Police: Crash briefly closes Jericho Turnpike in West Hills
Suffolk County police briefly closed Jericho Turnpike in both directions in West Hills between Brooks Avenue and Oakwood Road after a two-vehicle crash, police said.
A blue Honda and a gray Dodge Ram collided about 9:41 a.m., police said. The driver of the Honda was taken to Huntington Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The road reopened about 11:15 a.m.
No additional details were immediately available, police said.
