Police investigate possible hate crime in Mastic Beach
Suffolk police Hate Crimes Unit detectives are investigating an incident of criminal mischief on Moriches Drive as a possible hate crime, police said.
A Mastic Beach man discovered graffiti spray-painted on his fence and vehicle at his home Monday morning and reported it to authorities, Suffolk police said.
No additional information was released by police Monday.
