Cops: Gunman in red ski mask robs 7-Eleven in Oakdale

Suffolk County police are looking for a masked gunman who robbed a 7-Eleven in Oakdale early Wednesday.

At about 1:30 a.m., the man entered the store at 1540 Montauk Hwy. wearing a red ski mask. He pointed a gun at an employee and demanded money, police said.

The employee gave him an unspecified amount of cash, and the suspect ran off east on Montauk Highway, police said.
