Police issue photo of suspect in laptop theft from Best Buy in Patchogue

Suffolk County police are asking the public's help in identifying the man they said stole a Microsoft Surface Pro laptop from the Best Buy store on Sunrise Highway in Patchogue at about 4 p.m. Monday.
The laptop is worth about $800.
The man is seen talking on his cellphone in the surveillance images released Friday.
Police are asking anyone with information about his identity -- or the crime -- to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential and callers are eligible for a cash reward.
