Southampton Town police arrested 22 people over the Memorial Day weekend at an East Quogue beach club with a history of arrests, the department said Tuesday in a news release.

The arrests, which included three on felony drug charges, were at the Neptune Beach Club, 70 Dune Rd. Nineteen were arrested at the same club during the Memorial Day weekend last year.

Victoria Fogel, 22, of New Rochelle, was arrested after being accused of selling ecstasy in the club, according to the release.

Other drugs confiscated included cocaine, ketamine, Adderall, gamma hydroxybutyrate and marijuana, police said.

Fogel is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Charged with felony criminal possession were Howard O. Patino, 23, of Corona, Queens, and Jefferson Barragan-Restrepo, 25, Elmhurst.

All the other charges were misdemeanors, including one for public urination.

Ten people were arrested at the Neptune July 4 on drug-related charges. Also, during the Labor Day weekend last year, two club patrons were arrested in the sale of drugs to undercover police officers.
