Police: Missing West Islip boys found safe

Two 12-year-old boys reported missing in West Islip have been found unharmed, Suffolk County police said.

The boys were reported missing at 11 p.m. Thursday. Police had said earlier that the boys might have been runaways.

Police said they were located Friday morning safe and unharmed. They said the incident was not criminal, but would not give more details.
