Police seek leads in E. Setauket credit card theft
Sixth Squad detectives are searching for two men who used another person's credit card to buy merchandise from an East Setauket supermarket in July, Suffolk County police said Thursday.
On July 31, a Setauket man reported to police that his wallet had been stolen and one of his credit cards was used to make an undisclosed purchase at a Stop & Shop at 158 Route 25A in East Setauket.
Store surveillance cameras caught two men using the card, police said.
