First Squad detectives are looking for a man who had sex with a minor in a Copiague motel in September, Suffolk County police said.

Police have released a photograph of the suspect taken from motel surveillance cameras.

On Sept. 12 at 12:45 p.m., police said the man picked up a 16-year-old girl on Albany Avenue in Amityville, drove her to a Days Inn on 34th Street and had sex with her.

Police said the man was driving a small, black four-door car and is described as being about 24 years old.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers, 800-220-8477. All callers will remain anonymous.
