Police seek security camera vandal

The Second Precinct crime section is looking for a man who tore wires from a security camera in an elevator at a parking garage at the Huntington train station in May, Suffolk County police said.
The Second Precinct crime section is looking for a man who tore wires from a security camera in an elevator at a parking garage at the Huntington train station in May, Suffolk County police said.
Police said the man entered an elevator on the north side of the lot at about 5:07 p.m. on May 9 and was caught on video just before he pulled wires on the surveillance camera, police said. Police did not say how much damage was done to the camera or provide a cost for repair or replacement.
