Police seek suspect in air-conditioner theft from Central Islip store

Suffolk County police and Crime Stoppers are looking for a man who stole an air-conditioning unit from a Central Islip convenience store in March.
Police on Thursday released photographs of the March 19 theft, taken from video surveillance at the 7-Eleven at 121 Carleton Ave.
Police did not provide details, but said the man stole the unit from outside the store.
Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477. All information will be kept confidential.
