Suffolk police are seeking the public's help to identify and locate the suspect who stole merchandise from the CVS Pharmacy in Nesconset. (April 3, 2012) Credit: SCPD

Police on Tuesday released a photograph of the suspect taken from video surveillance at the CVS store at 232 Smithtown Blvd.

The suspect entered the store at about 6:13 p.m. and took three bottles of Similac formula, valued at about $78, and left without paying, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
