Suffolk County police are searching for a woman who used a stolen credit card to make purchases from a Walmart in Islandia in late June, according to a crime alert released Tuesday.

A Ronkonkoma woman reported her credit card stolen from her home in June. Then, on June 23, an unknown woman used the card to make purchases from a Walmart on Veterans Highway. A store video surveillance camera captured the woman using the card, police said.

Police did not reveal the types of items purchased.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers, 800-220-8477. All callers will remain anonymous.
