Police: Speeding driver faces DWI charge
A 57-year-old East Hampton man stopped on suspicion of speeding Tuesday on County Road 39, the Sunrise Highway extension in Southampton, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.
Steve Bosqueait was charged with DWI following his arrest by Southampton Town police Tuesday at 8:26 p.m.
Additional details regarding the arrest were not immediately available Wednesday.
Police said Bosqueait was scheduled for arraignment Wednesday in Southampton Town Justice Court.
