Police: Suspects stole donation jar in Selden

The Sixth Precinct crime section is looking for a man who stole a donations jar from a convenience store in Selden last month, Suffolk County police said Friday.

On Sept. 15 at around 3:56 p.m., a man took a donations jar from the counter of the 7-Eleven store at 355 Boyle Rd. The jar contained about $10, police said.

The man was with a woman, and both drove off north on Boyle Road in a red Toyota Tercel.

Police have released photos of the man and woman taken from surveillance cameras.
