Police: Town pool fixtures, chairs stolen

Four Wyandanch men were arrested Thursday morning after a Town of Babylon employee saw them stealing pool chairs and bathroom fixtures from a town pool in Deer Park, Suffolk County police said.
Police said the employee saw the foursome steal blue pool chairs, copper wiring and assorted bathroom fixtures from the Geiger Lake Town Pool on West 23rd Street at about 11:40 a.m. The worker called 911.
Arrested were Pedro Martinez, 39, of South 24th Street; Asencion Yanez, 44, of Grand Boulevard; Jose Acosta, 31, of South 25th Street; and Guillermo Rodriguez, of Grand Boulevard.
All were charged with third-degree burglary and possession of burglar tools. Arraignment details were not available.
