Police: Wrong-way hit-and-run driver arrested

A motorist drove the wrong way on the Sunrise Highway service road in East Patchogue and crashed into another car Friday night before speeding off, Suffolk police said.
Officers tracked down Natalie Leontiev, 38, at her Holtsville home and arrested her, police said.
She had gone the wrong way in her Honda for more than a mile, heading west in the eastbound service road from Hospital Road to Route 112, police said.
Shortly before 8:22 p.m., Leontiev's Honda crashed into a Toyota, causing front-end damage to both vehicles, police said.
No serious injuries were reported, police said.

Other details were not immediately available Friday night.
