Riverhead cops probe stolen ATV
Riverhead police and Crime Stoppers are looking for an all-terrain vehicle that was stolen in August from the bed of a pickup truck, according to a crime alert released on Wednesday.
The alert said that the ATV, a 2005 Suzuki LTZ-400 valued at about $2,500, was stolen on Aug. 20 from the bed of a truck parked at a Riverhead home on Sound Avenue.
Anyone with information on the incident can call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
