Lottery open for 20 senior housing units in Huntington

The town of Huntington has opened a lottery for 20 affordable units at the Seasons at Elwood senior citizen housing development under construction on Elwood Road.

At least one applicant in the family must be over the age of 55, and applicants must make the units their primary residence. Those interested should complete a lottery intake form online at huntingtonny.gov/theseasonsatelwood and mail it and a $25 entry fee postmarked by Feb. 21 to: Attention: Seasons at Elwood Lottery, Huntington Community Development Agency, 100 Main St., Room 309, Huntington, NY 11743.
