Police: Arson squad investigates Shirley house fire

Suffolk arson investigators are looking into the cause of a blaze that engulfed an abandoned home Tuesday night in Shirley, police said.

Firefighters responded to the fire at a home on Broadway at 9:15 p.m., Suffolk County police said. 

The home was not occupied and no one was injured, police said.
