Sick fox found in Blue Point euthanized
A sick fox that wandered into a backyard greenhouse in Blue Point was euthanized Tuesday night, Suffolk County police said.
Police responded to a report of the sick fox at 7:06 p.m., according to a report, and found the animal in a greenhouse at a residence on Division Avenue.
Police said the fox was euthanized but could not determine if it was rabid.
