Suffolk County police have issued a Silver Alert for a man who was last seen at his assisted living facility in Babylon on Wednesday.

Patrick Laface, 64, was at the Bayview Adult Home, 143 E. Main St., about 8 a.m., police said.

According to his sister, he has a heart condition and does not have his medication with him, police said in a news release. He also has schizophrenia, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression, the news release says.

Laface is described as being about 5-foot-10 and 225 pounds with brown eyes, gray hair and rough skin.

He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a gray shirt and a red jacket with several pockets.

The Silver Alert program is designed to inform local media, hospitals and law enforcement agencies when a senior or individual suffering from mental or cognitive disorders is missing.

Anyone with information on Laface’s whereabouts is asked to call the department’s duty officer at 631-852-6410 or dial 911.
