Suffolk police have issued a Silver Alert for a Patchogue woman who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and has been missing since June 5.

Janet Barra, 58, of River Avenue, was last seen on security footage in Medford, police said.

Barra, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, is described as having brown eyes and black hair. She is 5-foot-6 and weighs 210 pounds.

Anyone with information on Barra’s location is asked to call 911 or the Fifth Squad at 631-854-8552.
