Missing Patchogue teen located, Suffolk police say
A Patchogue teenager who had been missing since he left a hospital Wednesday night has been located, Suffolk County police said Thursday morning.
Joseph Kitchings, 17, “has been located, unharmed,” police said in a statement early Thursday.
