Missing Terryville man found dead, Suffolk police say
The death of a missing Terryville man whose body was found in Sound Beach appears to be noncriminal, Suffolk County police said Tuesday.
Police responding to a 911 call on March 3 said they found the body of Michael Boreshesky, 71, on the beach at Hilltop Drive.
Police had issued a Silver Alert for Boreshesky, described as diabetic and suicidal and was last seen boarding a Port Jefferson ferry about 8 p.m. on Feb. 27, police said.
