Southold man faces DWI charge

An 18-year-old Southold man was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain his lane early Saturday in Mattituck, Southold Town police said.

An officer saw Gregory M. Savage cross the double yellow line while driving east on Route 25 about 1:49 a.m., police said in a release.

He was stopped and found to be intoxicated, police said. He was held overnight pending arraignment.
