Southold man faces DWI charge
A 35-year-old Southold man is to be arraigned Saturday morning, charged with driving while intoxicated, Southold Town police said.
David Riddell was driving on Main Bayview Road when he crossed over to the opposite side of the street, striking two telephone poles, police said.
He suffered minor injuries and was taken to Eastern Long Island Hospital, where he was treated and released for arraignment.
