Stolen credit card used at shoe store

Police are seeking the burglar or burglars who kicked in the back door of an unoccupied home in Islip Terrace and ransacked it.

The home on Beaver Dam Road was burglarized June 27 after 8 a.m., Suffolk County police said. A stolen credit card was later used to make purchases totaling $1,350 at the City Source shoe store in Massapequa, police said.
