Suffolk cops revive Huntington Station man
A Huntington Station man who had stopped breathing was revived Friday morning by two Suffolk County police officers, police said.
After Officers Angela Ferrara and Eileen Nieves used a monitoring device and administered intravenous therapy, the man's breathing and heart rate were restored, police said.
The officers, both members of the police department's medical crisis action team, responded at 8:50 a.m. to the call at a home on Sandra Court.
Police said the man is 20 years old. They declined to specify his medical condition. He was taken to Huntington Hospital by Huntington Community Ambulance. His condition was not immediately known.
