Sunrise Highway near Amityville will be partially closed for the next month for roadwork, the village announced in a release on its website.

A single lane in one or both directions may be closed between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., one or two lanes may be closed in one or both directions.

At least one lane in each direction will remain open.

The closures are part of a $23 million replacement of the Route 110 bridge over Sunrise Highway by the New York State Department of Transportation.
