She robbed the bank in slippers while he played the role of victimized teller, police said.

On Wednesday, Suffolk County police said both have been arrested in a July 2010 heist at an Astoria Federal Savings bank branch in Westhampton Beach.

Police said James D. Lamb, 24, of Patchogue Avenue in Mastic, was arrested Tuesday. Prudence Williams, 38, of Blue Point Road, Mastic Beach, was arrested on April 1, police said.

Both were charged with third-degree grand larceny.

Williams was previously arraigned. Lamb is scheduled for arraignment Wednesday in Westhampton Beach Village Justice Court, police said.

Police said Williams robbed the bank on Sunset Avenue on July 31, 2010, handing the teller a demand note, receiving cash and then fleeing through a back door -- in white slippers.

Police said Wednesday Lamb was "the victim teller" in the robbery, which he committed with Williams.

It was not immediately clear how much money was stolen.

In September 2012, County Court Judge John Toomey dismissed the charges against Lamb.

Police said the Major Case Investigations Unit uncovered information leading to the arrests, with the assistance of the Westhampton Beach police.
