Truck overturns on Sunrise Hwy. in Shirley

At least one person was transported to a hospital after a truck overturned on eastbound Sunrise Highway on Wednesday morning, police said.

The accident occurred at 7:05 a.m. at the exit for the southbound William Floyd Parkway in Shirley, Suffolk County police said.

It was not clear if any other vehicles were involved.
