Two men seriously hurt in W. Babylon crash

Suffolk County police are investigating a single-car crash in West Babylon that seriously injured two men Tuesday morning, police said.
Curtiss L. Courts III of Amityville was driving a 2003 Pontiac east on Railroad Avenue, near Great East Neck Road, at about 2:25 a.m. when his car left the road and hit a pole, police said. Courts, 27, was attempting to make a left turn at the time, police said.
Courts and his passenger, Darsay Womack, 31, of Farmingdale, were both critically injured in the crash and taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, police said in a release. There was no update on their condition.
