W. Babylon gunman takes cellphone, cash

A man with a handgun robbed a man in West Babylon early Thursday, police said.

Suffolk County police said they received a call at 2:05 a.m. reporting an armed robbery outside a home on 11th Street near Fourth Avenue.

The victim was robbed of his cellphone and cash. No one was injured, police said.
