The owner of a West Babylon pizzeria pleaded not guilty Monday to an indictment charging him with dealing prescription painkillers out of his store.

Francesco Miceli, 50, of Rockville Centre, was arrested in May and charged with selling oxycodone pills at Miceli Brothers Pizzeria and Restaurant on Little East Neck Road.

He was charged with seven counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, nine counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He faces a maximum of 81/3 to 25 years in prison on the top charges.

Suffolk County Court Judge Barbara Kahn ordered Miceli held on bail at $40,000 cash.
