Wake, funeral set for Southampton chef

Keith S. Greene, 35, the executive chef at Schmidt's Food Market in Southampton who was found dead in the water off Wyandanch Lane Beach on Wednesday, will be buried Monday at Sacred Hearts Roman Catholic Cemetery in Southampton, according to the O'Connell Funeral Home in Southampton.
Visiting hours were Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home on 30 Little Plains Rd. from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
The funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at the basilica of the Sacred Hearts Roman Catholic Church in Southampton. Burial will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kgrease Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 109, Southampton, NY 11969.
Greene was married with two young children, ages 2 and 1.
