Don't look now, but it looks like we're due for more snow.
Chances are it won't be much more than a dusting, forecasters at the National Weather Service said Friday. Predictions are for "light snow" Saturday night - with the chance of snow again on Monday, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the weather service says.
Forecasters said that snow could continue Tuesday and Wednesday, mixed with rain.
The chance of snow is about 30 percent on Saturday during the day, and 50 percent at night.
There's a 40 percent chance of snow on Monday, 60 percent on Tuesday and 30 percent on Wednesday, forecasters said.
High temperatures are expected to be in the low 30-degree range each of those days, with lows in the high teens.
Long Island has already been plastered by two rough snowstorms this winter. A post-Christmas blizzard dumped almost two feet of snow on parts of Nassau and Suffolk. Then, earlier this week, another storm dumped more than 18 inches on some areas. The weather service said Thursday all that snow, a lot of which remains piled along the ground, could lead to flooding in some areas - especially if we see warming temperatures and a significant rain.
