Woman faces DWI charge in Copiague crash

A woman was driving drunk when she hit a parked vehicle on southbound Great Neck Road in Copiague early Wednesday, Suffolk County police said.
Marilyn Broems, 45, of Copiague, left her vehicle after striking a parked pickup and overturning her car about 12:30 a.m., police said.
Police found her walking near the collision.
She was arrested on a drunken-driving charge after she was found to be intoxicated, police said.
Her arraignment information was not immediately available.
