Woman reported missing is found

An 82-year-old woman who had been reported missing has been found in good condition, Suffolk County police said.

Amila Altidor had been the subject of a Silver Alert, issued when someone with special needs is reported missing. Authorities said Altidor suffers from dementia.

She had last been seen at 12:30 p.m. at her North Amityville home, police said.
