OYSTER BAY TOWNLANDMARK VOTE. The Oyster Bay Town Board meets Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Town Hall (54 Audrey Ave.) and is expected to vote on landmark status for the 222-year-old Maine Maid Inn in Jericho. HEMPSTEAD TOWNWATER HEARING. The state Public Service Commission will hold two hearings Tuesday on Long Island American Water's new bid for a 7.6 percent rate hike.
