Marty Oster, 60, of Hicksville, said the shuttles had added about an hour to his commute but he wasn't too bothered.
A member of Teamsters Local 282, he understood the difficulties faced by the negotiators.
“You’ve got five different unions trying to negotiate for five unions,” he said before boarding a bus from the Howard Beach-JFK station. “It is what it is.”
