The Long Island Farm Bureau will honor Brookhaven farmer Robert Nolan and retired Suffolk County planner Tom Isles at its annual awards gala Friday in Bellport.

Nolan, of Deer Run Farms, will be presented with the Amherst Davis Memorial Farmer Citizen of the Year Award, named for the first president of the Long Island Farm Bureau. Isles will be presented with the Long Island Farm Bureau Citizen Award.

Now in its 94th year, the farming group’s awards program will be held at 7 p.m. at the Bellport Country Club on South Country Road in Bellport. Tickets are $90 and include food, drinks and door prizes. For more information, call 631-727-3777.
