The top-prize-winning tickets for two Take 5 drawings held last week were sold in Nassau County, according to New York Lottery officials.

A ticket sold at the Little Italy Variety Store, 288 Glen St., Glen Cove holds the winning numbers -- 09-26-28-33-37 -- from last Friday's drawing and is worth $40,153.

The winning ticket for Sunday's drawing was sold at a 7-Eleven store at 159 Atlantic Ave. in New Hyde Park and is worth $29,982. The numbers for that drawing were 04-07-22-24-32.

The New York Lottery is encouraging ticket holders to check their numbers.

Winners may redeem their prizes at any one of the lottery's customer service centers including the Long Island office, which is located at 45 South Service Rd. in Plainview, and Resorts World Casino New York in Jamaica.

Tickets expire one year after the game's drawing.
