Thomas E. Sullivan has been named to the board of directors at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola. He is managing director of investments at Merrill Lynch in Garden City, where he lives.
Thom Lupo has been elected president of the Grand Lodge of New York, Order Sons of Italy in America, which is based in Bellmore. The Centereach resident recently retired from Standard & Poor's Money Market Directories in Manhattan, where he was president.
Tom Moldovan has been elected president of the board of directors of the Seatuck Environmental Association, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of Long Island wildlife and the environment. Moldovan, of East Islip, is a financial representative with the Melville-based Forest Hills Financial Group.
