A 3-year-old boy was found in good condition Monday night after he went missing earlier while visiting Flushing Meadows Corona Park with his family.

Makoto Maki, who speaks only Japanese and whose family was visiting New York City from Massachusetts, was last seen at Queens Theatre, located in the park, at about 5 p.m. Monday, police said. Two circus performances were scheduled for New Year's Eve at the theater, but police could not say what the family had been doing at the theater or in Queens.

He was found unharmed some time later. Police did not say when or where the boy was found.
