The Port Washington house featured in the new film "Win Win" has finally gone into contract, the listing agent says.

The last asking price for the 1913 white Colonial on South Maryland Avenue was $499,000. The sales price will not be revealed until closing.

Lynn Hehn of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty says the film, starring actor Paul Giamatti, made use of only the first floor and the basement. The kitchen was removed to make room for an office and later reinstalled, she says.

The production company leased the three-bedroom, two-bath house for six to eight weeks. "They came back a second time to refilm scenes," Hehn says.

The house had been listed for $589,000.

"Win Win" opens April 1 on Long Island.

Spend summer as a housewife

If you plan to watch the new season of "The Real Housewives of New York City" starting April 7 (or at least recent repeats of it, maybe on a widescreen TV), you could do so in a home belonging to one of the stars of the reality TV show.

That's because three of the cast members -- Kelly Killoren Bensimon, the Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer -- have put their houses on the rental market again this summer.

Bensimon is asking $250,000 for the entire Memorial Day-to-Labor Day season for her East Hampton manse. If you're interested in a shorter stay, she wants $30,000 for June, $110,000 for July, $135,000 for August to Labor Day or $225,000 for July and August. Her four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 5,800-square-foot, 1998 home is on 1.2 acres near the ocean with a heated pool and staff quarters.

De Lesseps has listed her 1997 shingled, barn-style Bridgehampton home for $150,000 for July only. The 6,500-square-foot home comes with six bedrooms and 51 / 2 bathrooms, a pool, a guesthouse and a tennis court on 2.2 acres.

Singer wants $235,000 to rent her 7,000-square-foot Southampton house for the summer. The 1995 stucco home comes with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, a heated pool, a guesthouse and a sunken tennis court on 1.4 acres. For July, the house is listed for $85,000; for August to Labor Day, $115,000; and for July and August, $175,000.

Singer has one other amenity that surely will appeal to Bravo TV fans: a 70-inch flat-screen TV in the finished basement.
