Aaron Glenn's plans for the break
This was the Jets’ last practice before a little break. Aaron Glenn said there would be a lot of team competition and situational periods. When they return on Monday, preparations for their Week 1 opponent Tennessee will begin.
Glenn said it was important to “make sure that we’re dialed in on our concepts and there’s no gray area when it comes to that.”
Glenn has already started watching film of the Titans. He will do more of that during this break, but he also plans to spend a “good amount of quality time” with his wife.
“She knows exactly how I operate in situations like this,” Glenn said. “I'm going to make sure I get ahead when it comes to the work (on) Tennessee and then be able to spend the quality time that I know I need to.”
