The Village of Great Neck Plaza is taking applications for 19 units of affordable housing available within the village.

Applicants must meet certain financial and other criteria to be eligible for the nine one-bedroom or 10 two-bedroom units available at 255 Great Neck Rd., according to the village.

Rent will be set at 30 percent of the annual gross income of all people in the household, and leases will be one or two years.

Applications, which require a nonrefundable $125 fee, are due by Feb. 28 and can be found at Village Hall, 2 Gussack Plaza, or at greatneckplaza.net.
