Amityville will be busy tomorrow, with the Great South Bay Cleanup starting at 8 a.m. and SeptemberFest starting at 10 a.m.

The cleanup, started in 2007 by the Great South Bay Society, focuses on removing trash from the islands south of the village. Participants can meet at the Yacht Service Boatyard on Ocean Avenue for coffee and bagels, then take their boat out to the islands or catch a ride from the boatyard.

Check greatsouthbaysociety.org for more information.

SeptemberFest, which grew out of an antiques show in the Lauder Museum parking lot, now includes music at the village gazebo, sidewalk sales and a farmers market. The event runs until 4 p.m.
