Ana Aponte Hart, 35, of Middletown, died July 11, 2012, in the Town of Highlands after a motorcycle accident.

She was born Jan. 19, 1977.

She graduated from Pine Bush High School, was an active member of Christian Faith Fellowship in Middletown and worked as a nurse's aide at Campbell Hall nursing home.

Her survivors include three daughters, Adalhia, Kailah and Arianna Hart, of Middletown; their father, Darius Hart; a brother, Moses Aponte and his wife, Jodi, and their daughter, Amelia, of Bloomingburg; a sister, Miriam Aponte of Massachusetts; her grandmothers, Florita Aponte of Brooklyn and Ondina Orellana of California; and several uncles, aunts and cousins.

Her funeral took place July 16 at Amazing Grace Fellowship, 20 Warn Ave., in Pine Bush. Millspaugh Funeral Directors handled the arrangements.
