Annual East Hampton softball game a tight contest

East Hampton played host to the annual Artists & Writers Charity Softball Game. The artists beat the writers 15-14 in 10 innings. Alec Baldwin led the artists with two hits early on in the game.
Ticket sales, concessions and a silent auction held before the game benefit three local charities: East Hampton Day Care, East End Hospice, and Phoenix House of Long Island.
